JetCar rental terms and conditions
Our Jetcars are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Minimum rental time of 1 hour, NO EXCEPTIONS. Special discount rates are available when you book for 5 hours or more. Must be 18 years or older with valid state identification or its equivalent to rent. Boaters wishing to rent a boat or a PWC in Florida, who do not possess a Boating Safety Card, need to take the Temporary certification to be able to rent and operate a boat in
Floridas. All renters must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Failure to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your scheduled booking, with No exceptions. JetCarUSA reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is evident that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during your scheduled booking; cancellations of this kind are non-refundable No exceptions. Examples of other non-refundable cancellations include but are not limited to Reckless driving, Not following safety instructions given by staff.
• Rentals include life jackets for all passengers.
• Renters are responsible for any damage during their rental period. We will review the current condition of each JetCar with you to note any existing damage so there will be no confusion upon return. If the renter damages the JetCar beyond usable condition, they will be billed $350 every day plus the cost of the damage to the JetCar until the unit is repaired.
• Renter must not operate the equipment in dangerous conditions (weather, etc.).
•Full payment at the time of reservation is required, so please be prepared with a credit card.
•All renters are required to complete the mandatory Florida State temporary certification course and bring proof of completion. Failure to provide proof of completion will result in a non-refundable cancellation.

One person's perfect day on the water may be too hot for somebody else and too cold for the next person. As a rental company, last minute cancellations are very costly. At the same time, we understand that things come up and we don’t feel it is right for you to lose your entire rental fee if you have to reschedule.

Our Cancellation policy is simple and strict, but fair.

You may cancel your reservation at any time.
If you cancel your reservation with 14 or more days advance notice, you will receive 100% of the rental fee as an account credit to be used towards future use(s).
In the case that you do cancel your reservation with 14 or more days advance notice and you are unable to book for a different date you can request a refund. To receive a refund you must request it by emailing miamielite.watersports@gmail.com
Any cancellation with less than 14 days notice, for any reason, will result in a 10% rescheduling fee. 90% of the rental fee is then applied as an account credit. We do not offer refunds for cancellations with less than 14 days notice.
We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning or very heavy rain we will call you to cancel and you will NOT be charged the rescheduling fee and 100% of the rental fee will be applied as an account credit.
No Shows: There will be no refunds or credits issued for No Shows.
Account credit can be used at any of our locations and does not expire.
We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
